Social programme

The social programme begins with a Get-Together Party on Saturday Evening. The traditional Sauna party will be held on Sunday evening by the seashore. A Banquet follows on Monday. Event descriptions will be updated later on.

Get-together Party

Included in the delegate's registration fee, for exhibitors and accompanying persons. Pre-registration is required.

Come and meet old friends and make new ones. A light dinner and refreshments will be served.

Sauna Party
Metsä Jukola, Naantali
Sunday, 28 May
Included in the delegate's registration fee and for Sunday participants. Ticket 30 euros for accompanying persons. Pre-registration is required.

A traditional and very popular Sauna Party will be held on Sunday evening at Metsä-Jukola in Naantali. During the evening you can bathe in sauna, swim in the sea, enjoy the beautiful scenery of archipelago and take part in different outdoor games. Buffet dinner is included.

This event will mainly take place outside if the weather permits so warm clothing is recommended. In case of rain, inside facilities will be available. Remember to bring also your swimsuit if you even remotely think of going into the chilly Baltic sea – following endorphins will make your evening! Towels will be provided.

Please note that the number of participants in the Sauna Party is limited and places are filled in order of registration, so register early!

Congress Banquet

Included in the delegate's registration fee and for Monday participants. Ticket 80 euros for accompanying persons. Pre-registration is required.

The Congress Banquet on Monday evening will be held at the medieval Turku Castle. In the Middle Ages the castle was often visited by monarchs and became an important administrative centre. In the 16th century, Duke John established a luxurious renaissance court in the castle.
