AV GUIDELINES |
The lecture hall has up-to-date audiovisual equipment. Your presentation can be given as a PowerPoint presentation. Overhead projector is also available. Slides cannot be used.
Guidelines for computer presentation
- Bring your presentation 2 hours before your session to the AV assistants, or already on the preceding day. Your presentation should be saved as a PowerPoint file (PC Windows version) on your USB stick. If you cannot bring it on a USB stick, you may also use a CD-ROM. We do not recommend using your own laptop at the lecture hall.
- If you bring your own CD-ROM, please make sure that the disc is readable with a standard PC.
- Avoid using CD-RW discs, which may not be readable with all computers.
- If you use your own laptop, please bring a backup file of the presentation on a USB-stick or a CD-ROM.
- ZIP-drives are not available.
