Recent Swedish research on the history of sociology and the social sciences: an overview

Abstract

The paper provides an overview of what has been accomplished in Swedish research on the history of sociology and the social sciences over the past decades. A range of topics that are on the agenda for ongoing and future research are also indicated. The paper draws primarily on data about published and ongoing work provided by the members of the Network for Research on the History of Sociology and the Social Sciences, which was launched in October 2003 to provide a platform for communication between researchers in this field.
