Registration fees

The registration fee includes registration services, attendance in the scientific programme, conference material, lunches and coffees according to the programme, and the Evening Reception on Monday, 8 June. The accompanying person's fee includes registration services and the Evening Reception.

Note! Register early to take advantage of the lower registration fee.
The 'early bird' registrations and payments must be made by 31 March.

Methods of payment

1. Online credit card payments with one of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. From the on-line registration form you will be forwarded to the Finnish credit card company Luottokunta ’s homepage for secure electronic payment.

2. Bank transfer to the Congress Office/NGM2009, University of Turku, Nordea Bank, Account No. 166030-107865. For economics departments: IBAN account number: FI35 1660 3000 1078 65. Swift: NDEAFIHH. Address: Nordea Bank Plc, Aleksanterinkatu 36, Helsinki, 00020 NORDEA.
Please make sure that your name and ”NGM2009” are clearly stated on the payment.

3. The Congress Office can send an invoice upon request.
Note: an invoicing charge of EUR 5 will be added to all invoices.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office before 30 April 2009. No fees will be refunded after this date.
A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
