Note that registration for the events will be confirmed upon payment on a “first come, first served” basis. All registrants will receive a confirmation letter from the Congress Office by the end on June 2004.

The congress fees include the scientific programme, congress material, lunches and coffee at the congress venue as well as the Welcome Reception on Thursday, 26 August 2004.

Note: As a delegate of the Neuropsychology congress you have a possibility to participate in the national congress of Psychology "Onk Tuntei" on the first day of the congress, 25 August 2004. The one-day-fee for the delegates of the Neuropsychology congress is EUR 100. The fee includes, in addition, the participation in the Get-together party on the same evening. If you wish to participate in the Psychology congress, kindly mark "Neuro2004 osallistuja, EUR100/keskiviikko" in "Erikoistoiveet" (Special wishes) on the registration form of the Psychology congress.
Methods of payment

2. Credit card payment with one of the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard.
All payments must be made in euros (EUR). Please make sure that your name, institution and the word “neuro2004” are clearly stated on all payments. We recommend you to present a receipt for your payment when arriving to the congress in case of any unclarities.
Cancellation of registration and accommodation
Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office before 15 July 2004. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
Registration on-site
The Congress Office will be ready to assist you at the congress site during the scientific program. For on-site payments cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard are accepted.

Congress hotels
Rooms have been reserved for congress participants at the congress venue Holiday Club Caribia, but also in other hotels in Turku: Scandic Hotel Julia, Sokos Hotel Seurahuone, Sokos Hotel City Börs, Centro Hotel, and Hotel Turun Karina.
Preliminary prices are found in the registration form. Please mark your hotel reservation on the registration form. Your reservation will be confirmed together with your participation. Note that the reservations will be made on “first come, first served” basis. The hotel fees include breakfast, service and VAT. Please inform the Congress Office of any changes in you accommodation.
How to reach Turku?
You may reach Turku by air via Helsinki, Stockholm or Copenhagen. There is also a regular bus connection (departure every hour) from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport to Turku. The trip takes about 2 hours. From Stockholm it is also possible to take a ferry boat to Turku through one of the most beautiful archipelagos in the world. The daily connections between Stockholm and Turku are operated by Silja Line and Viking Line.
