Registration

All NCC2016 registration fees include attendance in the scientific programme on 26-27 October, congress materials, coffee and lunch on the congress days as marked in the programme as well as the Dinner at Svenska Klubben on Wednesday, 26 October. For the Pelvic ultrasound course on Friday, 28 Oct, there is a separate fee. For accompanying persons, there is a separate charge for the dinner. Please see the description of the dinner on the page “Social Programme”.

The registration fees are not subject to VAT.

Methods of payment
1. Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express)
From the on-line registration form you will be forwarded to PAYTRAIL.

2. Bank transfer
Bank transfer to Suomen Gastrokirurgit ry, IBAN account number: FI3815553000122268, SWIFT/BIC: NDEAFIHH. Address: Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj, Satamaradankatu 5, FI-00020 NORDEA, Finland. Make sure that your name appears on the MESSAGE FIELD of the bank transfer.

All payments must be made in euros (EUR).

3. An invoice will be sent upon request only. Note: Invoices can be sent only to organizations, not to private persons. Please note that an invoicing charge of 15 EUR will be added to all invoices.

4. Group invoice:
Several participants to be invoiced in the same invoice. Please contact the Congress Office (congress-office@utu.fi) and provide the names of the participants to be invoiced. Please note: an invoicing fee of 15 eur will be added to all invoices. Note: Invoices can be sent only to organizations, not to private persons.

Cancellation
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Congress Office (congress-office@utu.fi) before 26 September 2016. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.
