Registration

The conference registration fees include attendance in the scientific programme, conference materials, coffee and lunch on the conference days, and Welcome Reception on Monday, September 21. Congress Banquet on Wednesday, September 23, has additional charge.

Short courses, entitled "Advanced Methods in Polysaccharides Research", will take place on Sunday, September 20, preceding the conference. The programme is aimed at students and post docs. Short courses participant’s fee includes the day’s programme and participation in the Young Scientists’ Party on Sunday, September 20.

The 'early bird' registrations and payments must be made by June 30, 2009.

Methods of payment

1. Bank transfer to the Congress Office/EPNOE2009, University of Turku, Nordea Bank, Account No. 166030-107832. For economics departments: IBAN account number: FI53 1660 3000 1078 32. Swift: NDEAFIHH. Address: Nordea Bank Plc, Aleksanterinkatu 36, Helsinki, 00020 NORDEA.

2. Online credit card payments with one of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. From the online registration form you will be forwarded to the Finnish credit card company Luottokunta’s homepage for secure electronic payment.

3. An invoice will be send upon request only. Please note that an invoicing charge of EUR 5 will be added to all invoices.

All payments must be made in euros (EUR). Please make sure that your name and ”EPNOE” are clearly stated on all payments.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office before August 14, 2009. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
