You will find a registration form here  in PDF-format (if you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, you can do it here). The registration form should be printed, completed and mailed to the Congress Office as soon as possible. Please indicate all the events you will attend in the scientific as well as in the social program. Note that registration for the events will be confirmed upon payment on the "first come, first served" basis.

Conference fees include scientific program, materials, lunches and coffee at conference venue as well as the City Reception.


Methods of payment

1. Bank transfer to the Congress Office/ECEM11, University of Turku, Leonia Bank plc, Account No. 800013-70054646. The SWIFT address for International bank traffic: PSBFIHH 800013-70054646. International transfer cost must be covered (FIM 40). Please enclose a copy of the bank receipt with your registration form and make sure your name, address and the word "ECEM11" are clearly stated on it.

2. Credit card payments with one of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Eurocard.

All payments must be made in Finnish marks (FIM). Participants will receive a confirmation letter from the Congress Office.


Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation must be made in writing to the Congress Office before June 29, 2001. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of FIM 250 will be deducted from all refunds.


Registration On-site

The Congress Office will be ready to assist you at the conference venue during the congress. On-site registration is possible at the registration desk. For on-site payments cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard are accepted.
