Registration and accommodation
The participants’ registration fee includes attendance in the CC11 scientific programme on 18–24 August, congress materials, coffee and lunch on the congress days as marked in the programme as well as the City Reception on Thursday, 18 August.

The 'early bird' registrations and payments must be made by 30 June 2016.

The registration fees are not subject to VAT.
Dinner will be available in Harjattula every day for approximately 10 EUR, no reservations needed, the fee is payable directly to the restaurant.
Methods of payment
1. On-line credit card payments with one of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express. From the on-line registration form you will be forwarded to PAYTRAIL for secure electronic payment.
2. Bank transfer to the University of Turku, IBAN account number: FI05 8919 9710 0009 63, SWIFT/BIC: DABAFIHH. Address: Danske Bank, Hiililaiturinkuja 2, P.O.Box 1561, FI-00075 DANSKE BANK, Finland. Make sure that the code 2600316421 and your name appear on the MESSAGE FIELD of the bank transfer.
All payments must be made in euros (EUR).
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Congress Office (email@example.com) before 20 July 2016. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.
Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation can send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the Congress organisers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Furthermore, following the guidelines stipulated by our Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we are able to provide official invitation letters to participants only when the following conditions are met:
-Participants are known to the given scientific community
-Participants have an accepted abstract in the conference
-Conference participation fee has been paid
-Participants can be verified to represent e.g. an internationally recognized organisation.
The Congress Office has reserved rooms for the CC11 congress participants at the Harjattula Manor. Please mark your hotel reservation on the congress registration form. Your reservation will be confirmed together with your participation. Note that the reservations will be made on “first come, first served” basis. Please also note that the hotel quotas are valid until 30 June 2016. After that we cannot guarantee the availability of the hotel rooms, but will assist you in finding accommodation. Kindly inform the Congress Office of any changes in your accommodation reservation (email@example.com). The hotel fee includes breakfast, service and VAT. Please note that traditional Finnish Sauna will be available.

A reserved room may be cancelled free of charge 24 hrs (1 day) before the arrival. The hotel has the right to charge the guest for cancellations made later than 24 hrs (1 days) before arrival or no-shows.
