The registration form can be found here (PDF file, requires Acrobat Reader 6.0 or later). Please indicate all the events you will attend. All registrants will receive a confirmation letter from the Congress Office no later than 30 June 2005.

The participation fee includes the scientific programme, conference material, lunches and coffee and the welcome reception on Sunday.
*The AMEE rate is for those who participate in both AMEE and AMSE in 2005.
Methods of payment

2. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard
All payments must be made in euros (EUR). Please make sure that your name, institution and the word “AMSE” are clearly stated on all payments. We recommend that you present a receipt of your payment when arriving at the Conference venue to avoid any unclarities.
Cancellation of registration and accommodation
Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office on 31 July 2005 at the latest. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
