Naantali Congress Hotel and Spa

The organisers have negotiated favourable congress rates and reserved rooms for the NHClaims 2007 participants at the Naantali Congress Hotel and Spa. The quota is valid until one month before the congress. After that we cannot guarantee the availability of the rooms, but will assist you in finding accommodation. Please mark you reservation on the congress registration form. The hotel fee should be paid together with your registration. The fees include breakfast, service and VAT, and free use of the sauna and pool section and the Fitness Centre.

The Naantali Spa Hotel is a  luxurious hotel with a five-star Spa. It is situated on the seaside, a short walk from the picturesque old town of Naantali. The surrounding archipelago has unique natural beauty, even in November!

All the hotels 360 hotel rooms are of a high standard. All rooms have  telephone, TV, shower, WC, bathrobes and minibar. Most of the rooms have a balcony or sea view.

Room rates:

Single room 144 EUR per person per night
Double room 78 EUR per person per night

Please note that the hotel fees are paid to the Congress Office in advance. An invoice can be sent if required.

Please inform the Congress Office of any changes in your reservation (congress@utu.fi)..

Reserved rooms may be cancelled free of charge by 6 pm 2 days before arrival. The hotel has the right to charge the guest for the cancellations made after 6 pm two days before arrival or no-shows.
