'Early bird' registration rates extended for one week till January 13th!

The Conference organizers are delighted to announce that the 'early bird'
registration has been extended for an additional week. Register by January 13th
to take advantage of the reduced rate of 360€ after which the price will
increase to 400€ (members 310€ to 350€).

The registration fee includes the conference programme, conference materials, lunches and coffee at the conference venues as marked in the programme, transportation from the conference hotels to conference venues (Kaarina and Rauma) as well as the Reception, hosted by the city of Kaarina on Wednesday evening, 22 February.

All registrants will receive a confirmation letter from the Congress Office closer to the conference.

The deadline for registration and payments is 17 February 2012.

Remember to fill in the credit card authorization form (on the accommodation page) and return it to Congress Office in case you wish to guarantee your room for late arrival.

Methods of payment

1. On-line credit card payment with one of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. From the on-line registration form you will be forwarded to the Finnish credit card company Luottokunta 's homepage for secure electronic payment.

2. Bank transfer to the Congress Office/CELE2012, University of Turku, Nordea Bank, Account No. FI13 1733 3000 0042 89. Make sure that the code 2600171921 and your name appear on the message field of the bank transfer.

3. An invoice will be sent upon request only. Please note that an invoicing charge of EUR 10 will be added to all invoices.

All payments must be made in Euros.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office before 10 January 2012. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
